A group constitutes any number of people that exceeds you and immediate family or some very close friends.

Some examples of groups might include:

  • Family Reunions
  • Boy/Girl Scouts
  • Church Events
  • Business Retreats
  • Youth Groups
  • Traveling Caravans

IMPORTANT: Unless one individual plans to pay for all sites, both the deposit and the total nightly stays, each person in the group should make their own reservation. You can still be a "group", however reservations and the associated costs become the responsibility of the individual. This can save you A) a lot of work and headache and B) a lot of money (imagine a $500 deposit that you just lost because everyone in your group changed their plans). Trust us on this, make people responsible for themselves.

If you are the group coordinator, follow this procedure:

  • Create a list of how many sites you will need and what kind of sites.
  • Call us and check availability for the sites and dates you are interested in.
  • Make reservations and pay the first night deposit for each site reserved.
  • Fax/Email a final roster of the group by an agreed upon date.

Please note:

  • Cancellation dates will be different (earlier) than if you make individual reservations.
  • Groups will be placed as close together as possible based on availability, site types requested and other reservations. We do our best, but being side by side is not guaranteed.
