CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT:
- Check-in is 12:00 pm for RV and tent sites.
- Check-in is 4:00 pm for cabins.
- Check-out is 11:00 am.
- We do not offer late check-outs in consideration of guests arriving on your departure day.
- We charge an additional night for late check-outs.

VISITORS:
- We believe paid guests should enjoy their facilities and not be "squeezed out" by those who haven't paid to use them.
- Visitors are not allowed.
- Guests may be asked to leave the park, without refund, for violating our policy. Please be respectful.

PET POLICY :
- We allow pets on our RV sites only.
- Pets should be leashed, cleaned up after and owners are responsible for damages.
- Pets left unattended will get a ride with Moab's Animal Control
- Pets are not allowed in cabins or tent sites.
- A $50, per pet, non-refundable fee will be charged to the occupant of the site if this policy is violated. Please be considerate of guests who may be in the site after you. Think how you might feel if...

EXTRA VEHICLES:
- Two vehicles are permitted per RV site and one vehicle for tents/cabins.
- Additional vehicles may be charged $10 per day (during special events and holidays); parking is limited and distributed based on a first come, first serve order.

|
|
|
POOL/SPA:
- Parents must supervise children under the age of 16 in the pool and spa.
- Hours are from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.

|
|
|
|
GENERAL:
- Smoking is not permitted in any building (office, cabins or bathrooms).
- Wood fires are not permitted; charcoal fires only. Yes, the nature preserve had two fires last year, burning 1,000 acres.
- Guests may not wash, repair or fix their vehicles on the property at any time.
- Guests are responsible for damages they cause to Moab Valley RV Resort property.
- Guests/groups causing excessive noise, at the discretion of the owner/manager of the park, will be liable for any refunds to other campers and guests of Moab Valley RV Resort.
