Sites fill quickly for special events and on weekends - call ahead.
Major holidays and special events are often booked months in advance.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION:
• Reservations will be charged a 1 night deposit upon reservation for each site reserved. |

|
CANCELLATION POLICY:
- Cancellations must be made 3 days (prior to noon) prior to arrival. For example, if you arrive on the 16th, you must cancel prior to noon on the 13th.
- Special events and holidays have a 30 day cancellation date.
- Cancellations past this deadline will be charged a 1 night non-refundable fee.
- Cancellations prior to the deadline will be refunded the deposit less a $10.00 processing fee per site reserved.

SPECIAL EVENT AND HOLIDAY RESERVATIONS:
- We require a minimum stay during special events and holidays.
- Cancellation dates vary; we always inform you upon reservation what it is.
- We have special cancellation dates for:
- 1/2 Marathon - Mar 15-16; Cancel Date: Feb 15, 2013
- Jeep Safari - Mar 21-30; Cancel Date: Feb 21, 2013
- Car Show - Apr 26-27; Cancel Date: Mar 26, 2013
- Memorial Day - May 23-26; Cancel Date: Apr 23, 2013
- Labor Day - Aug 30-Sept 1; Cancel Date: July 30, 2013
- The Other 1/2 Marathon - Oct 18-20; Cancel Date: Sept 18, 2013
- UEA - Oct 18-20; Cancel Date: Sept 18, 2013
- No changes to reservations within 30 days of the beginning of the event. Within 30 days of the event you are obligated for the original reservation - you may cancel entirely, but may not shorten your stay.
- Reservations who do not arrive or notify us prior to 11:00am the day after their arrival date are charged for the full amount of their stay and will lose the right to occupy the site/cabin. After 11:00am, the site becomes available for booking.

ADDITIONAL IMPORTANT INFORMATION:
- Only 3 reservations may be made per call.
- We are very sorry not to be able to accommodate requested sites/cabins.
- We do not “hold” sites for friends or family who may be making a reservation.
- We do not have a waiting list - keep calling to get a site when someone else cancels.
- You are responsible for being aware of special events and holidays; we will not be held responsible.
- Guests/groups causing excessive noise, at the discretion of the owner/manager of the park, will be liable for any refunds to other campers and guests of Moab Valley RV Resort.
